Mara is a 23 year old 5"3 anthropomorphic chow chow promiscuous, pessimistic, and bratty. Her goal is to be a world famous popular pop star but her dreams never come to flourishin. She spends most of her time sleeping and recovering from hangovers. On first glance Mara seems very quiet and can be very mean but once comfortable and friends she is very loyal and will fight for her friends. She is very unlucky and bad things always happen to her and so this has made her very rude and have an attitude towards anyone especially those who try to tell her what to do.

These terms are to protect me as an artist, and by working with me you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below. Breaking these terms will lead to being on my blacklist, meaning I will not work with you again. I retain the right to change my terms at any time!
I reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. You, the commissioner will be notified of any significant changes, and new terms will apply to any commissions made after the update.
PAYMENTS I ACCEPT
Prices are in USD. Payment must be made within 24 hrs of agreed commission. Holds/payment plans are given on a case by case basis. I do not start on artwork or put you on my trello until payment has been made.
COMMISSIONED DIGITAL ART
Revisions: Communication should be respectful, clear, and timely. I will do my best to accommodate your commission request, but complex revisions or unclear descriptions may lead to improvised decisions on my end. After I send you sketch, lineart, or color I allow as many revisions needed during the creation process. Such as redoing the sketch, editing colors, adding or removing from the final piece. This may lead to longer completion time. Please do not be afraid to ask for changes!
Checking Progress/Communication: I will come to you with updates on three checkpoints for any feedback (sketch, lineart, color) you can also see quick small updates on my public commission queue, that you can use to check the progress of your commission at any time. It is constantly updated and maintained by me, including photos of work, and notes. Please use the link below to access it.
Work Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided based on the complexity of the commission (1 to 2 week completion). While I strive to meet deadlines, please understand that I work on multiple projects on top of work and school and so delays can sometimes occur. If a deadline is critical (e.g., for an event or gift), please discuss this with me before commissioning, as rush orders may incur additional fees.
Refunds: Refunds are only available if: I haven't started the art yet, or if I haven't completed your artwork in over 6 months. Work will not begin until the commission is paid.
Credit/Copyright: Do not remove my signature/credit from the work unless I have specified otherwise. I require that you credit me as the artist whenever the artwork is displayed, shared, or used publicly. Credit should read: “Art by Marabitez.” I retain full copyright ownership of the artwork. This includes the right to use it for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media, etc.) Basic commissions are for personal use only this means you may use the artwork for personal purposes (such as personal printing for display, using as a profile picture, posting with credit, etc.) Commercial use (such as using the artwork for merchandise, advertising, or products for sale) requires an additional fee and explicit permission from me. Please discuss commercial use prior to commissioning.
Reselling/Reproducing: You may not resell or reproduce the artwork for profit without my permission. This includes selling prints, selling characters i've created, products, or any form of reproduction of the digital artwork. If you alter or modify the artwork, you are still required to credit me as the original creator.
Usage Restrictions: You may not use the artwork in any way that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or illegal activities. You may not use the artwork for AI training or machine learning purposes, including uploading it to any platform that could use it to generate new art.
Limitations of Liability: While I will always do my best to create high-quality, professional artwork, I am not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of the artwork beyond my control (e.g., printing issues, loss of digital files). I may store your work files for a limited time (1 month) in case of any resaving artwork. After this period, files may be deleted, and I cannot guarantee the availability of original files for re-download.

COMMISSIONED PHYSICAL ART
You are purchasing the physical artwork for personal use. You may display, hang, or store the artwork as you see fit.
If you plan to exhibit or resell the artwork, please contact me to discuss permissions, as this may require an additional licensing fee.
Shipping charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. You will be provided with a shipping estimate before final payment is due.
Delivery times vary based on location, shipping method, and potential delays. I will provide an estimated delivery date, but I am not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
While I take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork, I am not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier. Insurance is available at an additional cost upon request. Once the artwork is shipped and in the hands of the carrier, I am not responsible for any loss or damage. However, I will ensure the artwork is well-packaged and provide tracking information.
For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply.
Any personal information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the commission. I will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
COMMISSIONED PHYSICAL ART
Bidding: Placed bids are unretractable. You may not back out of payment once you have placed your bid. Once you have bid, please do not delete the bid. You must bid PUBLICLY on the designated post. You will be blacklisted if you back out of payment or delete a bid. You may not bid on behalf of someone else. You may not bid on behalf of someone who is blacklisted, this will result in both parties being blocked and blacklisted from further auctions.
Payment: is due within 24 hrs of winning the adopt. Failure to pay within 24 hrs will cause the adopt to be relisted and you to be blocked by me.
Reselling Adopts: Of course you may resell them!! Value may be added to the character in the form of new artwork made for them. Do not sell my designs for more than you originally bought them for, unless the value of the character has increased with new artwork, physical created items or fursuit pieces.
Rights: When you purchase an adopt, you purchase the rights to: use it as your fursona, make original content for it, create a fursuit from that character, edit the chracter to add or subtract things from the design.
